What is a Loyalty Card?
Also known as Gift Card, Benefit Card, Reward Card or Fidelity Card is a card issued to customers by a supermarket, chain store, retail store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls, Garment Stores or even Petrol Pumps allowing them to qualify for rewards or discounts if they continue to shop there.

How does it work?
A Loyalty Card can be in form of a Magnetic Card or Smart Card. It acts as a customer identity card and stores details of all transactions made by the customer from the store.
