In
this case the customers gets their faulty
systems at any of our collection centers. The
systems status and the tentative expense in
repairing it is informed to the customer within
a span of three days. If acceptable by the
customer the product is repaired and kept ready
for the collection of the customer else the
product is returned to the customer and is not
charged. |

Site |
If
the customer wants the problem to be solved at
the site all that they need to do is contact us.
Within a span of stated time, our engineers will
be at the site solving the problem. |
| Contract
Maintenance |
In
this case we under go a maintenance contract
with the customer for a tenure of 6 months or a
year under which it becomes our responsibility
to see to it that the maintained systems are
fully functional. In case of any unforeseen
problem it is looked into within a span of 24
hrs. |
